"So do you live here in the forest, or are you visiting?" -Ivykit tilted her head curiously. She wondered if the kit was on his own or had a family nearby, but kept silent on that question-

"I live up in the mountains." -Copper explained- "And Ivykit found me there. Now she is named Ivy, and she is a fox." -he remembered the time they had played together as foxes and scared a clan kit half to death-

I live up in the mountains but I mainly hang around the forest. -Crimson stretched a bit-

-Ivykit heard a loud bark-like noise nearby and stood up uncertainly. Copper seemed unfazed however- "What was that?"

-Copper sighed and stood up- "It's my mom. I gotta go. Bye guys!" -the fluffy fox bounded away out of the camp just as the warrior Nightrain padded in-

"Hello, Ivykit." -she smiled, but her eyes narrowed after spotted the rogue- "Who is this?" 

"Crimson..." -Ivykit frowned uncertainly, but the warrior didn't seem to be mad-

-Crimson flicked his tail and looked at the Nigt Clan warrior-

-the warrior's one hazel eye examined the kit- "Are you lost?" -Nightrain asked gently-

- He shook his head- Nope, I know where I am.

-Ivykit shuffled her paws and shot a curious glance towards Crimson. She had never actually wondered why he was in their camp- "Don't worry, he is nice." She assured the warrior-

"I see." -Nightrain frowned- "Why have you come here?" -she asked Crimson not unkindly but firm-

Because I can be here? -Crimson said in a questioning tone as if he was questioning the warrior-

"I think not." -the warrior replied cooly, and straightened. She peered into the forest around camp, wondering if the kit's parents were nearby- 
"Are you on your own, then?"

Yes... -Crimson narrowed his eyes at the warrior-

-Ivykit flattened her ears. Surely Crimson was allowed here?-

-Nightrain eyed the kit and was seized with another convulsion. She made it look like a yawn and hid the pain in her eyes- "As long as you stay with Ivykit, I will do nothing." -the warrior quickly excused herself-

-Ivykit sighed-

-He rolled his eyes-

"Don't bother with her." -Ivykit watched the warrior leave- "She was always shy and out-of-place. She doesn't even have two eyes." -The kit rolled onto her back and stared up at the leaves creating patches of sky- "What is it like being a rogue?"
